hi artseblis! 60’s really a lot! i just did my 2009 round-up and came out with 87. that seems a lot but 13 of them are lemny snicket books which don’t really seem to count 😛
i see a lot of authors in your list i have never heard of. maybe i’ll give them a whirl this 2010.

hi, aloi! all books count, LOL. last year i read many urban fantasies, which i got primarily from Fully Booked and Bookmooch. this year i think i will be reading more historical mysteries, such as the Last Cato, Expected One, The Fire, Labyrinth, 13th Tale, etc.
there’s a get-together of book nerds on the 23rd (either Robinson’s Galleria Bestsellers or NBS Glorietta 5): sharing of best and worst reads of 2009. would you be able to join?

Hi, jgiambrone. Thank you for the offer! I’ll check out TRANSFIXION, but I think I shouldn’t accept copies for review. I’m really just an intermittent blogger at best. I still have over a thousand in my TBR to finish, :P.
